All photographers will retain copyright and moral rights to the submitted images however, by sending them to us, all photographers grant Trois Fontaine, permanent non-exclusive rights to use the images to promote Trois Fontaine, to use in any Trois Fontaine publications and Trois Fontaine advertising campaigns or for any similar future Trois Fontaine use.
If you or the photographer does not want to grant these rights, please do not submit your images to us and withdraw any submission already made by email to info@trois-fontaine.com.
